As you step into Circa Bistro, nestled right on the busy corner of Connecticut Avenue and Q Street in Washington D.C., you would think you’re in fashion district! While instantly observing the upbeat music atmosphere with the trendiest social gatherings. Not to mention, ongoing laughter with cocktails and wine glasses raised for a toast. Here’s what the incredible attentive staff, manager Christian Puccio, Anthony Lupo, and COO Matt Carlin had to say:

Q: During the creative process of "Circa" what was the most important ingredient that you wanted clientele to experience?
 
A:
 A unique "neighborhood" restaurant that has great ambiance, great food, great beverages and superior service.

 
Q: What type food does your menu consist of?
 
A:
American fare serving steak to scallops with an array of small plates, soup, salads and pizza. We also offer a popular brunch every weekend and holiday.
 
Q: Christian, What is your favorite signature drink?
 
 A:
 We pride ourselves on our cocktail menu and strive to have the most custom cocktail menu in town. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Vodka Mojito - we infuse the strawberry vodka in-house and homemade the simple syrup.

 
Q: Any specialty events, such as happy hours, televised sports? Do you recommend corporate gatherings?
 
A:
Happy hour is on Mon-Thurs, 4pm-7pm and we feature $3 draft beers and $5 Red and White wine. We have two 50 inch plasmas at the bar and a 71 inch plasma on the featured wall which makes any game(s) and events great to watch.
 
Q: What do you enjoy most about being a part of Circa?
 

A:
Our customers and staff make Circa one of the most amazing environments I have ever been a part of. They make Circa what it is today and the reason we are able to grow. We are planning and thrilled to open Circa at Clarendon in Dec 2010 and Circa at Foggy Bottom in Summer 2011.
